“Relationships…. it’s what LUXUVA Construction has been about for as long as I can remember,” says Scott.
Scott grew up on the jobsites accompanying his father from the time he was a young boy. Through years working for his father and other relatives that owned construction & trade companies, Scott honed his skills, knowledge and management in the industry. In 2008, Scott obtained his contractor’s license and started his own construction company. With 25 years of building experience, Scott’s passion for building has him constantly looking for new methods and materials to incorporate in his homes. His straightforward approach has made Scott and LUXUVA the talk of the town.
Scott is credited with demystifying what can be an overwhelming process of building a home or renovation. His uncanny ability to connect to his clients has made him a sought-after builder in the marketplace. That coupled with his unwavering demand for quality of workmanship has made Scott, as one client says, “different than any other builder in the market!”
My passion is to build homes that reflect the lifestyle of our clients! What does that mean? It means we go against the grain when it comes to “cookie – cutter” style homes. Each home we build is unique to the way our clients actually live, work, and play in their homes. We design our homes from scratch, only working with the best team of architects, designers and vendors. Taking into consideration the landscape and natural elements of each setting. We incorporate eco-friendly building products both inside and out in an effort to preserve our environment.
